consequential damages including without limitation lost revenue or profits, lost opportunity, time
or any other loss resulting from reliance on the information or content contained on this website
including damages arising from inaccuracies, omissions or errors or arising out of the use or
inability to use this website, or performance of this website/services, or failure to provide
services, or for any information, products, services and material obtained through this website, or
otherwise arising out of the use of this website/services, even if GTPL Hathway Limited and its
group companies has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable
and however arising, including negligence.
Terms and Conditions with respect to Broadband Plans
The present terms and conditions shall be applicable to all consumers (“Subscribers”)
who have subscribed to the broadband and internet connectivity services (“Services”)
provided by GTPL Broadband Private Limited (“GBPL”). All Subscribers shall be deemed to
have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions as mentioned below:
Service Description
GBPL provides broadband and internet services under various plans, each with
specific features, data limits, speeds, and pricing. Details of the available plans
are provided on our website at: www.gtpl.net . The details with respect to service
plans (“Service Plans”) are updated regularly with the current plan list & other
particulars with respect to pricing. The Service Plans are subject to change/
modification at the sole discretion of GBPL.
Eligibility
To subscribe to GBPL’s Services, the Subscriber should comply with the below
mandats:
The Subscriber must be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete personal information as required during the
subscription process.
Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations as notified
by Department of Telecommunication (DoT) and/or Telecom Regulatory Authority of India
(TRAI).
Subscriber Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and
password.
Subscribers must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the
Services or violates any laws or regulations.
Subscribers are responsible for any misuse of the Services by themselves or others
using their account.
Subscribers shall not re-sell the Services procured from GBPL to any third party and
shall not use the Services for any alternate purpose which has not been explicitly
permitted/authorized by GBPL.
Subscribers shall provide necessary facilities to GBPL, TRAI, DoT or any other
Government Agencies to counteract any unlawful activity.
Equipment
All the terminal apparatus, including but not limited to cable modem, drop cable,
Ethernet card, if any, and any accessories ("Equipment") installed within or
appurtenant to the premises of the Subscriber in relation to the Services shall remain
the property of GBPL unless expressly transferred to the Subscriber in writing through
a separate Sale /Transfer of Ownership. However, the Subscriber shall always be
responsible for the safety and care of the said Equipment and shall not damage, alter
or remove the same without the written consent of GBPL. In case modem/device or any
other hardware has been sold to the Subscriber, it will not be returnable on becoming
non-functional or any other ground. GBPL carries no guarantees/warranties for supply
of such hardware.
The Subscriber undertakes and acknowledge that any Equipment, the ownership of which
is neither sold nor transferred, shall always remain the sole and exclusive property
of GBPL. The Subscriber shall make good, on demand from GBPL, any loss which may be
caused to GBPL on account of any instance of damage/impairment to the Equipment; and
for this purpose, GBPL can deduct the amounts from the security deposit or call upon
the Subscriber to pay corresponding amounts, without prejudice to any other remedies
that GBPL may have. Subscribers shall at all times be responsible for the proper use
and care of the provided equipment and may be charged for any damage or loss.
The Subscriber further agrees and acknowledges that in the event of Sale/ Transfer
of Ownership of Equipment by GBPL, if the Subscriber decides to get the
hardware/Equipment repaired through GBPL, the cost of repair shall be borne by the
Subscriber at actuals. Conversely, if the ownership of Equipment does not stand
transferred to the Subscriber, no costs for repair shall be borne or undertaken by the
Subscriber if the Equipment stops functioning on account of some technical/ functional
error.
The Subscriber undertakes that the Equipment shall at all times remain in the
custody of the Subscriber at the premises at which the connection has been given by
GBPL and shall be used only to receive the Service and for the manner authorized by
GBPL and no other purpose.
The Subscriber shall be fully responsible for the proper upkeep, usage and safety of
all the above-mentioned terminal apparatus/ Equipment during the period of its
subscription of its Service Plan. As such the Subscriber would be fully liable to pay
to GBPL repair or maintenance charges for the above-mentioned Equipment if the said
Equipment/terminal apparatus is lost or damaged due to improper usage or tampering
during the period of subscription of his/her respective Service Plan.
GBPL is merely the supplier of the Equipment and not the manufacturer, GBPL makes no
warranties of any kind, express or implied, in respect to the same and also disclaims
any warranty or merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, warranties in
relation to the Equipment will be made by the respective manufacturers of the
Equipment.
Service Interruptions and Maintenance
GBPL will strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted Services but does not
guarantee the absence of interruptions
Scheduled maintenance or upgrades may cause temporary service interruptions. GBPL
will provide advance notice where feasible.
Unplanned service interruptions due to technical issues, natural disasters, or other
unforeseen events may occur, and GBPL will restore Services as within the timeline
stipulated under the applicable regulatory framework.
Termination and Suspension
GBPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violation
of these Terms, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the
network and Services/ any instance of violation of applicable regulatory framework.
Upon termination, subscribers must return any provided equipment to GBPL.
Limitation of Liability
GBPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Privacy Policy
GBPL values the Subscriber’s privacy and handles personal information in accordance
with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using GBPL’s Services, Subscribers consent to the collection, use, and sharing of
their information as described in our Privacy Policy.
GBPL Rights
GBPL shall be entitled to suspend /terminate the Service/s (whether temporarily or
permanently) and to recover all outstanding dues from the Subscriber, without
prejudice to, and in addition to any right or remedy available to GBPL under any
applicable law, on the following grounds:
Technical failure, modification, up gradation, or variation, relocation, repair
and/or maintenance of the network/equipment.
To combat potential fraud, sabotage, wilful destruction, etc.
If Service is used in any manner, which violates any law or Government
order/directions etc., or adversely affects or intervenes in any manner, the
rendering of Service by GBPL.
The Subscriber is in breach of any other provision of these terms and conditions
or is declared insolvent/bankrupt/liquidated/dissolved or a Trustee or Receiver is
appointed to take over the assets of the Subscriber.
The provisions of Service/s (or any of them) to the Subscriber adversely affects
the Network or equipment of GBPL or the provision of Service/s to the Subscriber
are revoked, discontinued or suspended.
Usage of Equipment by the Subscriber are not traceable or valid on GBPL’s
network.
GBPL shall levy taxes on the prices payable by the Subscriber as specified by the
prevailing tax norms of the Government.
Amendments
GBPL reserves the right to withdraw any Service Plan or amend the price of/
entitlements under any Service Plan without notice.
At the discretion of GBPL, the Subscriber may be permitted to change the Plan under
which he/she/they have obtained the Service at such additional cost which GBPL may
decide; subject however that such change may not be made in middle of a billing cycle.
Miscellaneous
GBPL takes no responsibility whatsoever for the content on the Worldwide Web, or
access of any content whatsoever by the Subscriber or any other person using the
Service.
GBPL is not responsible for any commitment, representation or offering by the
distributors or channel partners or dealers and the Subscriber are advised to check
back with GBPL in case of any doubt or any commitment etc. received from anyone with
regard to Services of GBPL.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute/ claim arising out of the present terms and conditions shall be
subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
GTPL’s Referral Program ("Referral Program") is a reward-based referral program for
the broadband subscribers of GTPL Broadband Private Limited ("GTPL"). Under this
Referral Program, the existing subscribers of GTPL who have an active account status
and do not fall within the category mentioned in Clause D (1) of the General Terms
mentioned below ("Subscriber") are eligible to refer a friend / relative ("Prospective
Subscriber") to GTPL for the purchase of a broadband connection.
The Referral Program is valid till such date as GTPL may decide in its sole
discretion.
Upon referral by a Subscriber, the Prospective Subscriber will be contacted by GTPL
for their GTPL’s broadband installation and activation. The rewards under the Referral
Program will be provided as specified in Part B (Referral Benefit) below.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
The Subscriber can participate in the Referral Program by going to the GTPL’s official
website and provide the details as sought by GTPL.

REFERRAL BENEFIT
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Referral Program, the following
shall be the referral benefit:
On successful activation of a Prospective Subscriber by GTPL, the Subscriber who has
referred such Prospective Subscriber, shall get an extension of 15 days in the plan
opted by such Subscriber.
Such additional 15 days’ will be credited against the User ID of the Subscriber, who
has made the reference
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The participating Subscriber referring the Service under the Referral Program must
be an active and paying Subscriber of GTPL.
GTPL employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Referral Program despite
being a Subscriber.
The participating Subscriber can refer as many Prospective Subscribers as it may so
desire to, however, it can avail the Referral Benefit only once.
If two or more participating Subscribers have referred the same Prospective
Subscriber, then the participating Subscriber who has referred the Prospective
Subscriber first shall be eligible for the Referral Benefit.
Subscriber with multiple user ID registered under its name shall specify under which
User ID it would like to receive the Referral Benefit.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While participating under the Referral Program, the Subscriber must provide all the
required information, which may be required by GTPL from such Subscriber.
The Subscriber shall be required to give complete and correct details of the person
it is referring to or else such reference shall not be valid under this Referral
Program.
A participating Subscriber cannot refer an inactive GTPL Subscriber as a Prospective
Subscriber.
The Prospective Subscriber will be informed that he/she has been referred by a GTPL
Subscriber (participating Subscriber’s name will be shared with such Prospective
Subscriber).
Any Prospective Subscriber can be referred only once. A second referral of the same
Prospective Subscriber will not be accepted as a Prospective Subscriber.
A Subscriber cannot refer himself/herself for this Referral Program i.e. Subscriber
requesting connection for another location.
The Referred Customer must ensure confirmation to subscribe the services within 30
days of the reference given for eligibility of refer and earn benefit. The Referral
Benefit will be given to the participating Subscriber only once the Prospective
Subscriber gets active and thus becomes GTPL’s subscriber. The Subscribers understands
that activation of a Prospective Subscriber is subject to Prospective Subscribers
agreeing to the terms of purchase of the plan / connection, feasibility check as
required to be undertaken by GTPL, having required documentary proof as required for
KYC and under law. This Referral Program is non-transferable, not for resale, and not
redeemable for cash.
Referral Benefits will not be provided if the Prospective Subscriber gets the new
connection through any other sales channel.
The participating Subscriber will be able to avail the Referral Benefit only if such
participating Subscriber is an active Subscriber during the activation of the Referred
Subscriber.
GTPL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any
reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of the Terms
and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Referral Program or to withdraw
it completely or to change the composition of Referral Program.
GTPL reserves the right to reverse Referral Benefit mistakenly credited to the
Subscriber's Account.
The participating Subscriber hereby declares that they have obtained due consent
from the Prospective Subscriber to provide their contact details to GTPL, and that
GTPL may contact them to offer its products and/or services. The participating
Subscriber shall be responsible to GTPL for any losses or claims that may be
occasioned upon GTPL, if this declaration is found to be untrue.
GTPL will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Subscribers if the
Referral Program is cancelled and/or withdrawn by GTPL or if the
Subscriber/Prospective Subscriber is not able to participate in the Referral Program
due to a Force Majeure Event including without limitation for reasons beyond the
reasonable control of GTPL such as war, natural calamities, epidemics, pandemics,
floods, failure of telecommunication network, satellite technology failure etc.
The participating Subscribers and/or any person through the participating
Subscribers shall waive any and all right that such an individual may have to claim
ambiguity in these Terms and Conditions and agrees to release, indemnify and hold
harmless GTPL and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and
its respective agents, partners, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders
and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any
liability of any kind resulting from or arising from the Subscribers participating in
this Referral Program.
All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in
the Subscription Contract.
Headings used herein are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation
of this Referral Program.
Any disputes, differences or questions, which may arise at any time hereafter
between GTPL and the Subscriber touching the true construction of this Agreement or
performance of the obligations or enforcing any rights and/or liabilities of the
Parties hereunder, shall be first amicably resolved between the Parties within 30
(thirty) days from the date on which such dispute was raised by a Party and
communicated to the other Party in writing failing which the dispute shall be referred
to a sole arbitrator of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). The arbitration shall
be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of
Arbitration and shall be subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996, as amended or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof for the
time being in force. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Ahmedabad and the
Courts at Ahmedabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with the
arbitration proceedings and the awards in accordance with law. The arbitration
proceedings shall be conducted in English language. The award passed by the
arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
Subject to the arbitration clause, these terms and conditions shall be construed and
governed by the laws of India and the Parties agree to submit to the sole and
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad.
By participating in this Referral Program, it shall be deemed to be construed that
the participating Subscribers have read and consented to the Terms and Conditions
stated here in and in the Subscription Contract.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
GTPL TV Key Cloud is a unique, simple, effective and industry-first cloud-based product
launched by GTPL Hathway Limited in association with Samsung Electronics Company Limited
and Nagra, the digital TV division of Kudelski Group. It provides access to linear
television channels directly on compatible Samsung Smart Television(s) manufactured and
assembled by Samsung, listed at: www.gtpl.net , without the need of installing Set-Top-boxes,
additional cables or remote controls.
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the access and use of GTPL TV Key Cloud by
subscribers ("Subscribers") who are either activated with the cable television services
of GTPL Hathway Limited and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associates engaged in
retransmission of cable television services (“GTPL”) or are availing the broadband
internet connectivity services of GTPL's subsidiary company, GTPL Broadband Private
Limited ("GBPL") and are desirous of subscribing to the service of GTPL TV Key Cloud.
Description of GTPL TV Key Cloud Service (“Service”)
Cloud TV Key is a service (“Service”) provided by GTPL in association with Samsung
and Nagra, offering access to the content subscribed by the Subscribers vide their
cable television subscriptions directly on Samsung Televisions manufactured/assembled
by Samsung.
Access to Service
Subscribers shall have seamless access to the Service directly on their Samsung
televisions by availing active cable television services of GTPL.
Subscribers shall have and maintain active subscription of cable television service
of GTPL for accessing the Service.
The availability of Service on Samsung televisions is subject to the discretion of
both GTPL and Samsung and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time
without prior notice.
Use of Service
Subscribers shall use Service solely for personal and non-commercial purpose.
Subscribers shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere
with the functioning of Service/GTPL’s cable television services.
Compatibility
Cloud TV Key is compatible only with Samsung Televisions manufactured/assembled by
Samsung and meeting the necessary technical specifications. GTPL is not responsible
for any compatibility issues arising from the use of non-compatible devices or any
upgrade(s)/ modifications introduced by Samsung at any point in time.
Intellectual Property
a. Service and all the content accessible through Service are the intellectual
property of their respective owners.
b. Subscribers shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
of any content accessed through the Service.
Privacy
a. GTPL may collect and process personal information of Subscribers in accordance
with GTPL’s Privacy Policy.
b. By accessing and using Service, Subscribers consent to the collection,
processing, and use of their personal information by GTPL.
Limitation of Liability
a. GTPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Service by
Subscribers.
b. GTPL does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
accessed through the Service as the same shall be made available and retransmitted to
the Subscribers on as-is basis. Subscribers who access and avail the Service shall
also be governed by Samsung’s and Nagra’s Terms and Conditions as prescribed and
published on their respective websites.
Discontinuation & Termination
a. GTPL reserves the right to discontinue, terminate or suspend access to the
Service at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to
violation of these T&Cs.
b. Upon discontinuation or termination or suspension, Subscribers shall cease and
will not be able to access the Service on their Samsung televisions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
Modification
GTPL reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
Subscribers are encouraged to review the T&Cs periodically for any changes.
By accessing and using the Service, Subscribers acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If a Subscriber does not agree with
any provision of these T&Cs, they should not access or use the Service.
Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the access and use of the Blacknut cloud
(online) video game service ("Blacknut") by subscribers ("Subscribers") who are either
activated with the cable television services of GTPL Hathway Limited and/or its
affiliates, subsidiaries, or associates engaged in retransmission of cable television
services (“GTPL”), or are availing the broadband internet connectivity services of
GTPL's subsidiary company, GTPL Broadband Private Limited ("GBPL") or such users
(“Users”) who are simply using or accessing GTPL’s website at www.gtpl.net (“GTPL Website”) or are
accessing Blacknut on GTPL’s mobile application, v.i.z. “GTPL Buzz” (“Application”). By
accessing or using Blacknut on GTPL Website or Application, Subscribers and Users agree
to be bound by the below T&Cs:
Access to Blacknut
The special “Re.1 for first week” offer is available as an introductory offer for a
limited period. GTPL can withdraw the same any time at its sole discretion.
Subscribers and/or Users shall have access to Blacknut on GTPL Website as well as by
downloading the Application on their mobile device.
The availability of Blacknut on GTPL website and Application is subject to the
discretion of GTPL and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without
prior notice.
AUTO-DEBIT
By subscribing to Blacknut Gaming, the Subscriber authorizes GTPL to automatically
charge the recurring subscription amount for the chosen Plan.
The Subscriber understands that auto-debit will occur on a periodic basis as per the
Plan duration selected . It is their responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are
available for auto-debit transactions. GTPL will not be responsible for any overdraft
or late payment fees. The subscription amount once paid is non-refundable.
The Subscriber can cancel auto-debit at any time from the respective payment mode
where the auto-debit was initially mandated. However, cancellation of auto-debit would
be construed as termination of Subscription, and Subscriber, however, will still be
responsible for paying any outstanding fees.
Use of Blacknut
Subscribers and/or Users shall use Blacknut solely for personal and non-commercial
purpose.
Subscribers and/or Users shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage,
or interfere with the functioning of Blacknut or GTPL's/ GBPL’s services.
Account Registration
Subscribers and/or Users may be required to register an account with Blacknut and
pay applicable subscription fee as is prescribed and as available on GTPL Website and
Application if they want to avail Blacknut service through GTPL Website or GTPL Buzz
to access and use the service.
Subscribers and/or Users shall provide accurate and complete information during the
registration process and shall keep their account credentials confidential.
Intellectual Property
Blacknut and all content, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, and
trademarks, are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Subscribers and/or Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create
derivative works of any content accessed through Blacknut.
Privacy
GTPL may collect and process personal information of Subscribers and/or Users in
accordance with GTPL’s Privacy Policy.
By accessing and using Blacknut, Subscribers and/or Users consent to the collection,
processing, and use of their personal information by GTPL/ GBPL and Blacknut.
Limitation of Liability
GTPL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Blacknut.
GTPL does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
accessed through Blacknut. Subscribers and/Users who access and avail Blacknut Service
shall also be governed by Blacknut’s Terms and Conditions as prescribed by Blacknut at

Discontinuation & Termination
GTPL reserves the right to discontinue, terminate or suspend access to Blacknut at
any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation
of these T&Cs.
Upon discontinuation or termination or suspension, Subscribers and/or Users shall
cease and will not be able to access Blacknut on GTPL Website and Application.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) for “GTPL Genie+”
Access to Blacknut
"GTPL" means GTPL Hathway Limited and includes its subsidiaries and affiliates.
"GTPL Genie+" means the OTT service offered by GTPL.
"Subscriber" means an individual or entity who is intending to subscribe, avail or
access or receive OTT services that are aggregated and offered by GTPL in the name of
“GTPL Genie+”.
"Services" means Over-the-Top (OTT) services accessed on/ provided through GTPL
Genie+.
"Plans" means the subscription plans offered through GTPL Genie+.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By subscribing to GTPL Genie+, the Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has read,
understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is understood
that GTPL has the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time,
without notice. The Subscriber agrees to review these Terms and Conditions regularly
and comply with any changes.
SUBSCRIPTION AND ACCESS
The Subscriber must be of an age of 18 years+.
The Subscriber must pay the subscription amount for the chosen Plans, as specified
on the GTPL website or GTPL Buzz app.
The subscription amount is subject to change without notice, at GTPL’s sole
discretion.
Once activated, the Subscriber can access the Services only during the validity
specified in the chosen Plan, unless renewed.
The Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login
credentials, such access being non-transferable.
The Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and complete information, as required to
avail the Services.
The Subscriber acknowledges, agrees, and understands that the independent
subscriptions of OTT application services, if any availed by the Subscriber, shall
always continue to operate on an autonomous basis and such independent subscriptions
and/or the benefits accruing thereof, cannot be construed as connected or linked with
the Plans of GTPL, in any manner and at any point of time.
The Subscriber agrees to receive any communication via WhatsApp, e-mail, SMS, and
other notifications related to the Plans or otherwise, from GTPL.
USE OF SERVICES
The Subscriber agrees to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial
purposes.
The Subscriber must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the
Services.
The Subscriber agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or display any content accessed/
availed through GTPL Genie+.
SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE
The Subscriber may upgrade their Plan upon/before renewal, subject to payment of
applicable subscription amount.
Once a Plan is activated, neither downgrading nor cancellation of Plan is
permissible.
AUTO-DEBIT
By subscribing to GTPL Genie+, the Subscriber authorizes GTPL to automatically
charge the recurring subscription amount for the chosen Plan.
The Subscriber understands that auto-debit will occur on a periodic basis as per the
Plan duration selected. It is their responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are
available for auto-debit transactions. GTPL will not be responsible for any overdraft
or late payment fees. The subscription amount once paid is non-refundable.
The Subscriber can cancel auto-debit at any time from the respective payment mode
where the autodebit was initially mandated. However, cancellation of auto-debit would
be construed as termination of Subscription, and Subscriber, however, will still be
responsible for paying any outstanding fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on GTPL Genie+ is protected by copyright and other intellectual property
laws.
The Subscriber acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights in the
content accessed.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that GTPL has no control and/or
responsibility or liability with respect to the availability, and/or quality and/or
accuracy of any content accessed on or provided through GTPL Genie+. Any changes to
the content, including availability, accuracy and quality, are solely dependent on the
respective OTT providers.
GTPL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement including any delay or failure to avail the Plan including due to
technical or network problems.
GTPL does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus- free Services.
CHANGES TO PLANS/SERVICES
GTPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, pre-maturely withdraw,
change, alter or modify the Plans and/or Services or any part thereof in compliance
with applicable regulations and/or, orders and/or directions at its sole discretion in
view of business exigencies, including for reasons beyond its control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved through Courts at Ahmedabad only.
By subscribing to the Plans, the Subscriber shall also be bound by the
terms and conditions of the respective OTT applications which are independent of these
Terms. The website links of the terms and conditions and frequently asked questions
(FAQs) of the respective applications have also been reproduced herewith, for reference.
The Subscriber(s) shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of
the respective OTT providers.
